Torres Grand Concert 

Our Torres models are full 4/4 size concert class instruments from our masterbuilt range which are hand crafted in an artisan workshop headed by luthier Niu Lihua, a former understudy of world renown master luthier Yulong Guo.

Only the highest grades of solid tone wood, which have been naturally seasoned for a minimum of 8 years, are used in the construction of these superlative instruments.

They are built to a design first conceived and evolved in 1888 by master luthier Antonio de Torres who is considered to be the father of the concert classical guitar we know today. Prior to that date classical guitars were generally smaller instruments, commonly built by violin makers, and played primarily for parlour entertainment; hence the term 'parlour guitar'. 

The performance level of this superb instrument makes it fully at home in a concert or orchestral setting
