Pricing for Direct Buyers

I use online musical instrument websites such as  Reverb as a shop window to reach a wider audience, but because I prefer to serve customers on a more personal basis I offer a 10% discount on internet prices to buyers who contact me directly to discuss their requirements before placing a direct order, either by telephone or email.

But my ultimate preference is for prospective customers to visit  in person to try out instruments. Tea, coffee & biscuits are included and If a purchase is made then a further 5% discount would be given, making a total discount of  15%  on internet prices.
